I have been working with GNG Consultants for the past 5 years and have found them to be very proactive and willing to develop economic Design solutions.
GNG is our lead Consultant for the NSSQ project, and during the tender they developed a cost effective ERSS (Earth Retaining Structural System) which assisted Expand Construction to win the Project. Post award, GNG have worked together with our Engineers to optimize this scheme and obtain the necessary Authority approvals.
At Mandai Park Development, Expand Construction had been engaged to Construct a number of deep retention tanks, however the ground conditions encountered were poor. The ERSS scheme developed by the Consultant was not economic and difficult to Construct. We engaged GNG to undertake a review and then to totally redesign the scheme and obtain regulatory approvals which saved both time and cost.
I would totally recommend GNG performance to any future Contractor or developer.
